The opportunity


We are looking for adynamic person tojoin our General Counsels Office. As an Executive Coordinator you will provide highlevel administrative support to our Chief Legal Counsel while also providing other administrative support to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management: Independently manage multiple calendars
  • Travel arrangements: Booking travel and associated logistics
  • Document preparation & management: Use EY branding standards to create and format documents
  • Engagement support: Indepth knowledge to support the client engagement management process including tracking and reporting time & expenses as needed
  • Managing vendor engagement process
  • Meeting & event coordination
  • Administrative adhoc requests as needed

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Postsecondary education and/or relevant experience
  • 3 years of Experience supporting seniorlevel (Csuite) executives
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office (OutlookWordExceland PowerPoint)withproven abilityto learncustomizedsoftware/tools
  • Excellent customer service and proven team player with strong written and oral communications skills
