We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to positive customer experiences by providing streamlined customer support online over the phone and in person. In this role you will help put the final touches on the car buying experienceensuringsold vehicles are ready for delivery to the buyer and assist customers with setting up and navigating their new vehicles features and technology. Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries online via text message and over the phone and assist customers with scheduling showroom appointments.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships by following up with potential customers.
  • Log customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM tool.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery to the customer. Ensure the vehicle is detailed fueled and key fobs and any other accessories are ready for the customer.
  • Educate customers on basic vehicle features assist with pairing phones and garage door openers and review navigation and key fobs.
  • Demonstrate options for sound system and special features and benefits in the vehicle.
  • Address customer questions or concerns about their vehicle ensuring they leave the dealership satisfied with their car buying experience.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working in a customerfacing role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude for learning new technology and software.
  • Dedicated dependable and adaptable.
  • Displays professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday Saturday 8am 9pm and looking for flexible candidates who are able to work various shifts including evenings and Saturdays. This is an onsite role working inside in the showroom and outdoors when delivering vehicles.
