We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager or Senior Manager in IT Audit to join our team. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in assessing complex IT environments and a passion for driving excellence in IT audit practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest IT risk trends and regulations coupled with exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with senior clients. As a leader in our IT audit practice you will play an integral role in shaping our approach to IT risk advisory engagements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Assessment and Insights:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex IT environments identifying vulnerabilities and providing actionable insights to enhance risk management frameworks.
• Stay abreast of the latest IT risk trends and regulatory changes translating this knowledge into strategic recommendations for clients.

Client Engagement and Communication:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with seniorlevel clients effectively communicating audit findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.
• Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through the complexities of IT audit processes and fostering a collaborative approach to risk management.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT audit professionals fostering an environment of growth and development while ensuring highquality deliverables.
• Drive team performance by setting clear objectives providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development opportunities.

Methodology and Best Practices:

• Leverage your expertise in IT audit methodology to enhance our audit processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT audit practice by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

IT Risk Advisory Engagements:

• Lead IT risk advisory engagements collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.
• Utilise your IT audit qualifications and experience to provide expert guidance on risk management strategies and best practices.

• 5 years of experience in IT audit with a proven track record in assessing complex IT environments.
• Relevant IT audit qualifications (e.g. CISA CISSP or equivalent) that demonstrate your commitment to the field.
• Indepth knowledge of IT audit methodology IT regulations and risk management frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
• A motivated professional with a clear vision for advancing your career and contributing to the success of our IT audit practice.
• Bachelors degree in relevant filed
