We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Platform Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Data Platform Architect you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our data platform infrastructure to ensure optimal performance scalability and reliability. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop data solutions that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement endtoend data platform solutions including data integration storage processing and visualization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data architecture.
Develop and maintain data models data pipelines and ETL processes to support data analytics and reporting needs.
Optimize data platform performance through tuning monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ensure data security privacy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the data platform capabilities and drive innovation.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team on best practices for data architecture and design.
Document system configurations procedures and guidelines for reference and training purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in data architecture database design and data modeling.
Strong proficiency in database technologies such as SQL NoSQL and data warehousing.
Handson experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark). Proficient in programming languages such as Python Java or Scala. Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects
