Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Deployment Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the endtoend deployment of technology solutions for our clients. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing project planning resource allocation timeline management risk mitigation and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans timelines and budgets for technology deployment projects.
Coordinate with internal teams external vendors and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to maintain project progress and quality.
Monitor project performance against key performance indicators and deliverables making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements quality standards and best practices throughout the project implementation.
Prepare project documentation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology deployment or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
