Job Description
We seek Survey Agents to join our team in conducting research surveys across the United States. As a Survey Agent you will collect data through various survey methods including online inperson and over the phone. You will ensure data accuracy and integrity and analyze survey results to identify trends and patterns.
As a Survey Agent you hold a pivotal role in our data collection and market research significantly influencing our organizational strategies. Your work with individuals or businesses to gather and process survey information provides crucial insights into public opinion market trends customer satisfaction and other vital data points. 6. Meet data collection targets and timelines.
7. Survey software or online platforms may be used for data collection and entry.
9. Interact with respondents professionally and respectfully.
10. Answer respondents questions about surveys or the research process.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or training in research methods data analysis or a related field are not just pluses but opportunities for professional growth and development.
