As a Program Management Director within PNCs Technology organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA Cleveland OH Birmingham AL or Dallas TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the managers discretion.***PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.***
This role will focus on:
Influencing changes to the way we work including embracing Agility and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Ensuring Objectives and Key Results align to customer value and are achieved
Oversees the facilitation and coordination of all assigned portfolios. No requirement for project size.
Facilitates the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
Oversees the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
Oversight and accountability for the portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
Works across multidisciplinary functions and oversees vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio.
Job Description
- Oversees program managers to ensure the of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for program size.
- Evaluates and provides guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; develops strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.
- Oversight and reporting for the overall program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
- Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
- Leads and develops program management teams. Builds business relationships to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree PhD or certifications is desirable.
