Were looking for a dynamic Sales Officer or ASM to drive growth and expand dealer and distributor networks across Telangana and Karnataka. This role involves active fieldwork dealer engagement feedback gathering and ensuring topnotch customer service.
Qualifications:

14 years of sales experience in agricultural machinery or related sector

Strong understanding of statewise agrimarket dynamics

Willingness to travel 1520 days a month within the region

Proven skills in dealer development and performance assessment

Excellent communication customer handling and problemsolving abilities

Ability to lead motivate and coordinate teams effectively
