Job Title: Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor
Location: Southgate MI
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM with at least one late shift (after 5:00 PM) weekly
Annual Salary: $69420 $93321 (Based on licensing and experience)
Role Overview:
The Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Supervisor is responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of the IDD program ensuring high standards of care compliance and staff performance. This position plays a key role in staff leadership program coordination and the delivery of personcentered services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and standard supervision to IDD program staff
- Manage crises involving clients and staff
- Maintain and train on electronic medical records
- Ensure quality and compliance of documentation and services
- Recruit onboard evaluate and discipline staff as needed
- Monitor and enforce funding source requirements (e.g. Habilitation Waiver Childrens Waiver)
- Lead monthly staff supervision and regular team meetings
- Participate in quality management initiatives and agency committees
- Assist with community needs assessments and interdepartmental collaboration
- Support psychiatric psychological and case management referrals
- Oversee staff credentialing and training compliance
- Track program metrics and ensure productivity standards
- Collaborate with Program Director and Finance to meet funding and budget goals
- Train staff in PersonCentered Planning and support accreditation standards (e.g. JCAHO)
- Ensure all activities align with ethical and professional standards

Licensure Requirements:
Candidates must hold one of the following full active licenses in the State of Michigan:
- LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
- LLP (Limited Licensed Psychologist)
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
