Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist XRay
Location: South Bend IN
Schedule Options:
- 3x12hour shifts
- 4x10hour shifts
Shifts Include: Evenings and weekends
Hourly Pay: $30.00 $35.00 Shift Differential
Role Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist provides mobile Xray and EKG services to a variety of care facilities including nursing homes healthcare centers and other locations. This is a mobile fieldbased role requiring travel and use of portable imaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process Xrays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment
- Transmit images to a Radiologist for interpretation
- Safely transport and set up imaging equipment at patient locations
- Ensure highquality clinically diagnostic images
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to a Cardiologist
- Manage documentation and daily scanning of billing paperwork
- Communicate professionally with clients peers and management
- Maintain vehicle and imaging equipment
