Were seeking a Senior Plumbing Designer to join our clients Mechanical Engineering team on the East Coast reporting directly to the Managing Director. If youre passionate about crafting innovative plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial and retail spaces this is your chance to shine!
What Youll Do:
- Create cuttingedge plumbing and fire protection systems using Revit and AutoCAD meeting codes like NFPA and ICC.
- Collaborate with clients contractors and our multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time from plans to inspections.
- Produce detailed documentation plans specs reports while coordinating with other design pros for seamless results.
- Select equipment layout riser diagrams and align with vendorsupplied gear for toptier designs.
What Were Looking For:
- 10 years of plumbing design experience with a Professional Certification (required) and ASPE membership (preferred).
- Expert knowledge of building codes and skills in Revit AutoCAD Bluebeam MS Word and Excel.
- A team player who thrives independently with sharp organization and detail focus.
