We are seeking a Client Services Representative fluent in Croatian to join our team. This is a fully remote role based in Greece where youll be supporting Croatianspeaking clients through various communication channels. Youll be responsible for providing exceptional service ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our company by delivering toptier support and building strong client relationships.
Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Croatianspeaking clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing clear accurate and helpful information via email phone and chat.
Relationship Building: Foster strong longterm relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring that our services meet their expectations.
Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve client queries issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Service Coordination: Assist clients with service requests account updates and troubleshooting ensuring that all issues are handled efficiently and promptly.
Product Expertise: Maintain an indepth understanding of our products and services to accurately communicate features benefits and updates to clients.
Documentation & Reporting: Log all client interactions and issues in the CRM system providing detailed notes and followup actions as necessary.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and provide insights to internal teams to help improve our services and enhance client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to client service and support.
Fluent in Croatian: Native or nearnative proficiency in the Croatian language (both written and spoken).
English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken for internal collaboration and reporting.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a client services customer support or account management role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients in a professional clear and empathetic manner.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to resolve client concerns and find practical solutions in a timely manner.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with CRM systems communication tools and basic troubleshooting. Experience with platforms such as Zendesk Freshdesk or similar is a plus.
SelfStarter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong timemanagement skills and organizational ability.
Attention to Detail: Precision in managing client details and service requests while ensuring that followups are executed promptly and accurately.
Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work within Croatian business hours while residing in Greece ensuring efficient service delivery across time zones.
Additional Languages: Proficiency in other languages (e.g. English Greek) is a valuable asset.
Previous Remote Work Experience: Familiarity with remote work environments is advantageous.
Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
TechSavvy: Familiarity with troubleshooting software or basic technical issues is a bonus.
