Job Description:
- Planning and formulating Manpower Budget to meet current and future business requirements
- Recruiting Staff and OEs as per budget and ensuring company policies are adhered to during the process
- Analysing and strengthening HR KPIs to improve Direct Manpower productivity and Whitecollar efficiency
- Implementing HR Best Practices and establishing GPTW culture at plants to boost employee morale
- Achieving Statutory compliance pertaining to Labour Laws and HR audits
- Driving and achieving high performance among employees by undertaking Talent Management and Career Development initiatives like timely goal setting (LSIP) KRA review OE Growth Plan Human Capital Development
- Resolving employee concerns by advocating grievance redressals
- Counselling employees through initiatives like Smile Index ERM Women Committee meetings
- Facilitating employee development through effective needbased training designing training calendar based on identified requirements and executing the same
- Proficiency in Liasioning with various stakeholders and handling administrative functions
Qualification Required: MBA in HR
Experience required: > 8 to 12 Years
