Overview:
Schedule: MondayFriday 40 hrs/week

Job Description:
- Conducts research studies to improve nursing practices and patient outcomes.
- Analyzes and interprets data from research studies to identify trends and patterns.
- Develops and implements evidencebased practice guidelines for nursing staff.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to design and conduct research studies.
- Disseminates research findings through publications presentations and other channels.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to nursing staff and students in research methods and practices.
Education Requirement:
- PhD or DNSc required.
- Graduate Degree in Nursing Maternal Child Health Parent Child Health Family Child Health preferred.
- Eligible for adjunct faculty appointment at accredited School of Nursing preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio required.
Certifications:
CITI Human Subjects Research certification preferred.
Skills:
Human relations communication and educational skills.
Experience:
- Experience in grantsmanship conduct and facilitation of nursing research and dissemination of research (publications conferences) required.
- Five years of progressive research experience or clinical teaching experience preferred.
