About Senior Marketing Specialists
Senior Marketing Specialists located on the south side of Columbia and based here for over 30 years is a nationally recognized Medicare FMO. Our passion is equipping independent insurance agents with Medicare carriers and tools that enable them to grow their business and serve the senior community. We do this through building long lasting relationships always being available to support our agents providing industry leading tech and tools and harnessing our experience to give them the best advice and strategy for them to succeed.
Job Summary
Join our sales team in a role where you are responsible for maintaining and growing the relationships of a nationwide network of insurance agents. Make an impact by helping our agents succeed help seniors receive better insurance coverage and grow your own sales career. Your ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment paired with excellent communication and organizational skills will be key to your success.
We are looking for someone who can bring a strong work ethic and a passion for growth to their job. Most of all we want someone looking to build a rewarding career with a fastgrowing company that has unlimited opportunity for growth and advancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with a network of nationwide independent insurance agents
- Serve as a point of contact for agent inquiries providing timely support and assistance via phone and email.
- Expand business relationship with agents through training marketing sales support and more
- Grow sales and revenue
Primary Skills & Requirements:
- Strong Initiative/selfstarter
- Work well as a member of a team
- Exceptional multitasking ability in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn proprietary systems and tools.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills (typing Microsoft office etc.
- Local Requirement: Candidate must work onsite in Columbia MO. No relocation aid provided.
