The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a fulltime Family Medicine Physician to join Family Health Associates in Queens!

The board certified physicians at Family Health are dedicated to the longterm health and wellbeing of our neighbors. The medical practice comprised of primary care physicians and specialists delivers comprehensive coordinated care that addresses all of a patients health care needs. We offer a wide range of services for the entire family including gynecology and midwifery and pediatrics. In addition to treating sick patients our doctors focus on preventive medicine conducting thorough annual physicals and routine screenings to ensure the ongoing health of our patients.

The ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care quality outcomes and satisfaction. In addition we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System. Position Description:

• Provide primary care services in a highfunctioning outpatient setting
• University affiliated; community based practice
• Collaborate with multispecialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a worldclass health system

• Compensation range from 225K to 275K(not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Position Qualifications:
Medical Degree from an Accredited University
New York Medical License
Board Eligible or Board Certified in InternalMedicine or FamilyMedicine
Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
Excellent communication bedside manner and organizational skills
A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a teamoriented performancedriven Health System

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors including experience specialties historical productivity historical collections and hospital/community need.
