LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSEDAY SHIFT 7 a.m. 7 p.m. NO WEEKENDS!
Hillcrest Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility located in a beautiful rural setting NW of Nashville.
Hillcrest Healthcares facility and equipment is well maintained by staffmany of whom have worked at the facility 10 years.
Nurse to resident ratios is consistently better than those in many other facilities in the area and the acuity level is low.

Duties include:
- Directs the daily activities of the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal state and local regulations and established policies and procedures.
- Participates in the admission discharge and transfers of residents as required.
- Observes for changes in resident status notifying the physician resident representative and documenting accordingly.
