Job Title: Welder
Job Summary:
The Welder is responsible for the service and repair of various types of offroad heavy construction equipment. Duties include diagnosing adjusting repairing or overhauling mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. This position is primarily a fieldbased position servicing equipment throughout the DFW Metroplex and North Texas. On occasion this position may also work at the Companys main shop in Frisco TX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques and equipment
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Welder
- Experience in heavy construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
