FellowshipLIFE is looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for multiple locations ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles excellent data entry skills and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and receipts.
Enter invoice details into the accounting system and route for approvals.
Organize and schedule vendor payments via checks EFTs and ACH transactions.
Maintain organized accounts payable documentation and assist with audits.
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices payments and discrepancies.
Ensure accurate coding and reconciliation of purchase orders.
Maintain vendor files W9 forms and insurance liability certificates.
Provide customer service support for A/P inquiries.
Assist in process improvements and collaborate with the finance team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Experience with MatrixCare software is preferred but not required.
