Position Overview
As a Service Advisor you will be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians ensuring a seamless efficient and positive service experience. Youll play a key role in building customer trust by providing clear honest communication about their vehicles maintenance and repair needs while working with the service team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional approach
Clearly explain vehicle service recommendations and estimates to customers
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Keep customers updated throughout the service process
Build longterm relationships through exceptional customer service and followup
Ensure a smooth efficient and transparent service experience
What Were Looking For
Experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required We provide training!
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
Techsavvy and comfortable using service scheduling and CRM tools
Problemsolving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
