The Opportunity:
Our Clients Capital Markets department is seeking exceptional junior and midlevel transactional attorneys for the commercial mortgagebacked securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the areas of origination securitization syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage loans and/or mezzanine loans.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235000 to $390000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the applicant years of relevant experience and if applicable the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
