Job Description
- Greet and seat guests manage reservations
- Welcome guests to the cafe ensuring a warm and hospitalitydriven experience
- Manage reservations seating and waitlists for the restaurant
- Coordinate with cafe staff to ensure seamless communication and service
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu hours of operation and hotel services
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and poise
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience
Requirements:
- experience in a similar role as a restaurant hostess
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of hospitality software and systems
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
