Description
Analyzes users requirements concept of operations documents and high level system architectures to develop system requirementsspecifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design anddevelopment activities. Guides users in formulating requirementsadvises alternative approaches and conducts feasibility studies. Providestechnical leadership for the integration of requirements design andtechnology. Incorporates new plans designs and systems into ongoingoperations. Develops technical documentation. Develops systemArchitecture and system design documentation. Guides systemdevelopment and implementation planning through assessment orpreparation of system engineering management plans and systemintegration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regardingSystems Engineering technical considerations and for associatedproblems issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technicalintegrity of work performed and deliverables associated with theSystems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with otherprogram personnel government overseers and senior executives.
A current TopSecret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

- NSM8 implementation support
- Vulnerability identification andalerting to DoD and NSS in areas of cross domain solutions incident reporting encryption zero trust cloud
- Policy development
- Customer outreach and coordination

Experience
Fourteen 14 years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope type andcomplexity is required. Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science InformationSystems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accreditedcollege or university is required. Five 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for abachelors degree.Benefits
