Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) PartTime or FullTime Opportunity in Outpatient Services (PHP/IOP) at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine

Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team on a parttime basis providing care in our Outpatient services (Partial Hospitalization Program PHP and Intensive Outpatient Program IOP). We are looking for a passionate healthcare provider who is dedicated to delivering highquality psychiatric care to patients including those with substance abuse treatment needs.
About Windsor Laurelwood: Windsor Laurelwood is a leading behavioral health facility located in Willoughby OH just outside Cleveland. We have been offering toptier psychiatric and substance abuse services for over 100 years helping adults adolescents and children lead better lives. Our PHP and IOP programs are supported by a multidisciplinary treatment team of experienced professionals and physicians committed to excellence in patient care.
Position Overview: As a PMHNP or Psychiatric PA you will provide expert psychiatric care in both PHP and IOP settings with the possibility of expanding to a fulltime role by adding inpatient work (admissions daily care and treatment team collaboration). This position offers a highly supportive environment with strong clinical and administrative backing from our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric care in the PHP and IOP programs
- Option to expand to fulltime with inpatient responsibilities including admission evaluations and daily patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and physicians
- Offer care to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues
- Work in a collegial environment with ample support for both clinical and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Board Certified PMHNP or Psychiatric PA required
- Licensed to practice in Ohio or ability to obtain Ohio licensure
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings is preferred
- Experience in treating patients with substance abuse issues is a plus
- Must meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers
