About the Role
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth
by identifying new opportunities leading strategic initiatives and managing key client
relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business
development and a proven track record of success.
Requirements
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches.
Manage and mentor junior business development staff.
Negotiate highvalue contracts and agreements.
Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics.
Requirement
35 years of experience in business development or sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Desirable
Experience in the industry or sector relevant to the company.
Advanced understanding of digital marketing and sales automation tools.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Ability to develop and implement innovative business development strategies.
Background
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
