Wilson College seeks a tenuretrack Assistant Professor to teach a range of general business courses for our inperson business program in Chambersburg PA and online as well. The incumbent will teach a 3/4 course load engage in practiceled or academic scholarship and participate in service to the College. Instruction will range from introductory to upperlevel coursework in an undergraduate program and may include a mix of the following (depending on interest and expertise):

  • Finance
  • Business Management
  • Economics
  • Marketing

This is a 10month position and the incumbent will assist the director in developing a cooperative learning program.

TIMEFRAME: Review of applications begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled. The interview process begins online in March with campus interviews to follow. The expected start date is in August 2025.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An M.B.A. or other masters degree in an appropriate subject area and some work experience related to business in the private or public sectors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A doctoral degree in business management marketing finance economics or a related discipline. Candidates who are ABD will be considered.
