If you have over 5 years of handson experience in UI development (using React) we want to hear from you. Were looking for individuals with strong problemsolving skills excellent debugging abilities and a track record of leading teams of 35 members. You should have expertise in complex state management routing strategy and defining UI architecture. Additionally you should be skilled in integrating thirdparty libraries defining the build process setting up project rules and understanding various authentication integrations. What we are looking for:
Requirements:
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
Business Requirements:
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical solutions.
SDLC and Agile:
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
UI Development:
- Design and implement highquality responsive user interfaces using React.
Complex State Management:
- Expertise in managing complex application states effectively.
Routing Strategy:
- Ability to design and implement efficient routing strategies for web applications.
UI Architecture:
- Skilled in defining the overall UI architecture for scalable and maintainable applications.
ThirdParty Integrations:
- Proficiency in integrating thirdparty libraries into projects.
Build Process:
- Ability to define and optimize the build process for efficient deployment.
Project Rules:
- Experience in setting up and enforcing rules to be followed in a project.
AuthenticationIntegrations:
- Understanding of various authentication mechanisms and their integrations.
TechAgnosticism:
- Open to learning and applying new technologies as required.
Problem Solving:
- Strong problemsolving abilities and debugging skills.
TeamLeadership:
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of 35 members.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective and integration of solutions.
Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to a vibrant and youthful team environment demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment.
Continuous Learning:
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologies in React development.
Optimization:
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 years of Professional Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering.
