Associate RBC Indigenous Development Program Nationwide
What is the opportunity
The RBC Indigenous Development Program is a twoyear nationwide rotational program for college and university graduates who selfidentify as Indigenous (First Nations status or nonstatus Inuit or Metis) Peoples of Canada to develop the skills and networks needed to build their career at RBC. The program combines practical handson business and community experience with a customized learning plan formal coaching mentorship and professional networking. You have the opportunity to gain exposure to different aspects of business through four rotations three of which will be within a specific business area and one unique rotation within a registered charity or qualified non profit organization. Your charitable rotation will provide you with meaningful work experience and the opportunity to apply your skills and grow your network.
RBC is committed to supporting a flexible work arrangement in this role. We can support an RBC Branch or an RBC location.Details to be discussed with your Hiring Manager.
Who can apply
Applicants wishing to apply must selfidentify as Indigenous (First Nations status or nonstatus Inuit or Metis) Peoples of Canada. Applicants must be a recent college or university graduate and be willing to commit to the program for the full two years. Applicants must also reside in close proximity to an RBC Branch or RBC location and be willing to commute on a regular basis.
