DPR Construction is seeking a qualified candidate for a Tax Admin for the DPR Tax Department located in Sacramento CA.
As an integral member of this dynamic team the ideal candidate exemplifies DPRs four core values integrity uniqueness enjoyment and ever forwardand must have solid communications skills and a collaborative cando attitude.
The position is an hourly role and will be parttime 3 days a week) with the opportunity to expand into a fulltime role if mutually desired.
In this position youll work with the Tax Team to own all administrative functions and ensure that all tax requirements are met.
Youll have opportunities to work on the following:
- Filing opening copying scanning and assigning of mail
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and trainings
- Notice and tax return due date management
- Tax payments
- Organize and follow through with the tax department to make sure all deadlines are being met by utilizing our deadline tracking software. Must be able to keep the entire team on track
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- Business license registration and annual filings
We are looking for a flexible detailoriented team professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines.
