The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference and heres how the EHS Specialist (Specjalista ds. BHP 1/3 etatu) role will make an impact:
- Lead accident investigations and root cause analysis
- Manage incident reporting documentation and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for workplace accidents
- Organize and lead regular Health & Safety Committee meetings
- Monitor action items and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct occupational risk assessments and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations
- Recommend and implement preventive and corrective measures
- Deliver safety training and promote a safetyfirst culture
- Advise on safe work practices and emergency procedures
- Maintain uptodate EHS policies and procedures
- Prepare safety reports and track performance metrics
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role were looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications skills and experiences:
- Graduate or postgraduate education in health and safety is essential
- Relevant certifications and documented qualifications in health and safety
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced English
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and diligence
