Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is looking for skilled Plumbing and Heating Technicians to add to our growing team. We are excited to offer a $3000 signon bonus according to the following schedule: $1000 after a 30day retention $1000 after a 60day retention and $1000 after a 90day retention. We are seeking team members who are selfmotivated organized and accountable. As a plumber you are the face of our brand and the customer experience depends on you.

All bonus payments will be subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements. You must be employed through the end of each measurement period to remain eligible for the associated bonus pay out. Fulltime with rotating oncall nights and weekends. Flexible schedules are available.
- Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.
- Wears floor savers while in the clients home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
- Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
- Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100 satisfied with all work.
- Conveys a safetyconscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.
- Must have a valid Drivers License clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to perform all plumbing and heating installations repairs and replacements to code.
- Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the plumbing and heating industry.
- Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck.
- Lead Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence.
