Position Summary
The Reporting Analyst will support our Reporting Architect in building optimizing and maintaining modern reporting dashboards and data visualizations across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate brings 35 years of experience in reporting data visualization and data architecture with a strong focus on developing dashboards that answer business impact questions and uncover optimization opportunities. Experience working with crossplatform BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or Qlik is essential.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate on the design and development of scalable business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that clearly communicate business performance impact and areas for optimization
- Translate reporting requirements into structured welldocumented solutions aligned with business goals
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met across various teams and clients
- Establish and promote best practices for dashboard design data visualization standards and reporting workflows
- Contribute to documentation training and presentation materials for both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Support quality assurance and validation of data across systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
What You Bring
- 35 years of handson experience in reporting data visualization and data architecture
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Computer Science Data Analytics or a related field
- Strong experience with modern BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Qlik Looker Studio)
- Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL)
- Deep understanding of data visualization best practices and usercentric dashboard design
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics particularly in SEO/SEM contexts is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with HTML CSS or JavaScript/jQuery
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working with crossfunctional teams

How We Work
This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
