Provide leadership supervision and expertise within the INCLUSION program. The INCLUSION Program provides intensive individualized support to Chittenden County children in grades K12 with serious emotional behavioral and academic challenges who have not been able to be served with the most intensive public schoolbased supports.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clinical supervision Provide direct client services Monitor evaluate and audit documentation for quality and compliance standards Manage and delegate project tasks Provide training to staff Manage/assist with program schedules Rotation in oncall supervisor coverage & shift coverage
Requirements: Combination of related education and experience Valid drivers license and use of a personal vehicle 13 years experience with similar population/program
Structure: Full time Exempt Salary starts at $54598 We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
