What are we looking for

The Technical Specialist is responsible for performing visual inspection of materials and/or fabricated equipment at vendor shops or onsite fabrication or testing facilities. The ideal candidate must be well versed in quality control inspections and tests including nondestructive testing techniques mechanical testing dimensional inspection pressure testing and coating inspections. This position will travel at least 50 of the time.

Shift/Schedule:All inspectors are utilized on an Adhoc basis and are not provided daily duties. All needs are based on our clients needs and we source inspectors based on availability location taxonomy approvals and specific client requests.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base hourly wage for this position is $30 $40 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set experience qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.

• Confirm Recipe Batch Preparation Scale Calibration Weighing Labeling
• Trailer Cleaning verification
• Batch Loading and Shipping Preparation
• QVD Review
• Release for Shipment
• Review quality documents for accuracy
• Will be required to use a respirator because you will be working in the forming glass facility

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Basic math skills are a minimum requirement. We confirm at multiple stages the exact amounts match the certificate of compliance
• A fit test and a breathing test are performed at the Hanford location address listed. Passing the two are essential
• Security clearances up to date are required for this employment

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

• Level II Mechanical qualifications and able to be qualified immediately once all BU tests are completed
