About the role
RAQ is excited to announce an opening for aLocal Service Manager (Team Leader)in a permanent fulltime capacity dedicated to enhancing support across our Central Queensland venues. This versatile role offers the option to work from either our Mackay or Rockhampton locations.

We are seeking a dynamic team leader to oversee our frontline service delivery. In this crucial role you will provide expert leadership and support to our clinical practitioners ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. Youll be responsible for case management clinical decisionmaking duty of care issues and performance management while also stepping in to provide operational support for our Regional Managers when required.
About you
To be successful in this position you have:
- Undergraduate qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences.
- Substantial experience in providing case management consultation and support to clinical practitioners.
- Experience managing a team including performance management monitoring and review.
- Experience in client service delivery including but not limited to; complex case management assessment intake and risk screening case planning case reviews coservice delivery and critical incident response.
- A strong understanding of Family Law and counselling or family dispute resolution.
We Can Offer You
The salary is being offered between $105000.00 to $118000.00 per annum to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience plus superannuation. We also offer our employees as follows:
