The Hearing Care Professional Trainee is a paid traineeship. You will be trained on all aspects of the Hearing Care Professional role in preparation for licensure in your state.
You will work closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service. By partnering with the Healthcare Professional onsite the Hearing Care Professional Trainee is able to provide support to patients.
AudioNova provides comprehensive examinations to our patients with potential hearing loss. Our Hearing Care Professionals analyze those test results as well as the patients lifestyle in order to make a recommendation on their hearing loss mitigation. We teach patients how to best utilize the new technology in order to meet their hearing goals and we follow up to ensure that they are successful in their hearing journey.
You will also perform hearing aid repairs checks and cleanings. You will work with the community and be involved in marketing activities and outreach opportunities.

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree or above required
Industry/Product Knowledge Required:
- Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus but not required
Skills/Abilities:
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Strong relationship building skills with patients physicians clinical staff
Work Experience:
- 2Years in a health care environment preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
