Business Analyst Insurance sector
Location: Warsaw/Wroclaw
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Business analyst with knowledge of the insurance sector particularly claims settlement. The person in this role will be responsible for reviewing processes and preparing an analysis based on which the clients requirements will be implemented in the system.
The opportunity
Working as a Business Analyst in one or more Insurance projects for International Customer.
Your key responsibilities
- Interface with the customer representatives
- Preparation of business analysis based on data collected from the client.
- Assisting the client in optimizing processes
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
- Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
- Travelling to customers locations on need basis
- Building a quality work culture
- Participating in the organizationwide people initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
- Work Over 3 years experience in end t implementation of Insurance Solution as Business Analyst
- Working as part of a team to implement & support customers platform for Insurance
- Ability to gather business requirements (claims settlement product settings workflows accounting rules etc. from our customers and translate these into personalized configuration and setup
To qualify for the role you must have
- Knowledge of at least one of the platforms used in the insurance business (such as Guidewire EIS).
- Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD TSD FSD
- Ability to work with Agile projects
- Ability to act as a bridge between the client and the Developers translate the requirement into technical language for the developers
- Skills to analyse and identify the root cause of the issues identified during testing phase
Ideally youll also have
- Degree Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of the EIS platform
- Experience working in an insurance company.
- Nice to have presentation skills
