Software Delivery Lead NET C AWS

Software Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of .NET and C#
• Proficiency with AWS services and cloud technologies
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira SharePoint MS Excel PowerPoint and Power BI

Overall Responsibilities:

• EndtoEnd Delivery Management:

  • Oversee the delivery management process for multiple initiatives ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and budget.

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers quality engineers business analysts and support staff fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders managing expectations and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

• Governance and Compliance:

  • Implement and uphold governance policies standards and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Technical Oversight:

  • Provide guidance on architecture design and technology solutions ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Financial Management:

  • Oversee project budgets reporting on financial performance and optimizing resource allocation.

• Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery.

• Performance Metrics:

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills:

Essential:

• .NET and C# Development:

  • Strong programming skills and experience in .NET and C#

• AWS Cloud Technologies:

  • Proficiency in AWS services and cloudbased solutions

• Project Management:

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira SharePoint MS Excel PowerPoint and Power BI

Preferred:

• Continuous Integration and DevOps:

  • Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) processes and best practices

• Software Development and Architecture:

  • Background in software development and architecture

• Release Management:

  • Familiarity with release management and logistics around software rollouts

Experience:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in managing IT projects within a technology organization particularly with .NET C# and AWS
• Experience in managing crossfunctional teams and global stakeholders

DaytoDay Activities:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple technology projects
• Lead and mentor team members ensuring a collaborative and highperforming environment
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Implement and enforce governance policies standards and procedures
• Provide technical guidance on architecture design and technology solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
• Manage project budgets and financial performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in managing IT projects within a technology organization particularly with .NET C# and AWS

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and present findings to senior leadership
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage crossfunctional teams

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
