The Opportunity

To grow our AEM team in Bucharest we are looking for an exceptionally talented and ambitious FullStack Engineer passionate about developing an industryleader product.You will lead conversations with the worlds biggest brand customers and provide leadership to create something of value. Key to our success is the ability to translate customer needs into proper technical requirements using direct interactions.
The highperformance experiences we enable our customers to create will require great technical skills in understanding how the browsers work CSS JS CDNs page load times SEO rankings engagement and conversion.
The enterpriselevel content management is powered by a cloud ecosystem of backend services and frontend applications all connected by welldesigned APIs events and workflows.
What Youll Do:
Partner with multifunctional experts (Product Management Design etc. to determine customer focused solutions.
Use standard methodologies articulates ideas & markets them across team and organization. Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Lead application/framework/service design efforts optimizing for quality testability and scale.
Use appropriate & meaningful programming languages and technologies writes code tests & deploys to meet business requirements.
Be a technical leader with the ability and desire to mentor other members of the team.
Prototype new approaches and production solutions at scale.

What Youll Need to Succeed:
Strong backend development experience with Java Go or Rust. Development will be based in Scala.
Fullstack capabilities with a focus on backend.
Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
Experience with Kubernetes and Azure.
Strong algorithm and logical skills
Ability to research and become proficient in new technologies
Unending curiosity thoroughness tenacity and focus on quickly crafting and building complex software systems with great quality to solve customer problems
Have a good sense of organization to set expectations and keep deliverables on a timeline with the ability to document communicate and justify all technology decisions and directions
Show initiative and have a selfmanaged approach
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English language knowledge both written and spoken
Good to Have:
Production experience with React and TypeScript
Experience with AI/ML technologies.
Familiarity with Spark and Big Data
