Our challenge
We are seeking a talented and experienced Java React Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing building and maintaining scalable web applications utilizing both frontend technologies (React) and backend services (Java). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to work on innovative solutions.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within New York NY is$120k $125k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust applications using Java for the backend and React for the frontend.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between the frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development particularly in Java and React.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience level 10 Years
- Proven experience as a Full stack Developer with a strong focus on Java and React.
- Solid proficiency in Java programming including experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with frontend technologies including React HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
- Knowledge of version control systems preferably Git.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure etc. is a plus.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Exposure to CI/CD practices
