Job Description
Summary:
Provides excellent food and beverage service to patrons and guests during special events and functions. Ensures a positive dining experience by delivering timely and courteous service adhering to event specifications and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining needs are met throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner ensuring accuracy with orders and accommodating any special dietary requests.
- Clear tables and clean up after events including removing dishes glassware and other service items.
- Monitor guests needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Handle any additional tasks as directed by the Banquet Manager Banquet Captain or Event Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays depending on event schedules.
