Location: Fort Worth TX

Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 pm 5:00 am

What you will do:

• Manage and lead a team of drivers and hourly associates in a fastpaced dispatch team environment
• Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains
• Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management
• Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (efficiency of drivers and equipment DOT HOS customer delivery requirements etc. for assigned area of responsibility
• Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring promote LEAN principles and process improvement
• Lead and maintain a clean professional and safe work environment
• Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals as well as DOT regulations
• Effectively communicate goals expectations areas for improvement and successes to associates
• Coach train and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
• Conduct annual performance reviews

Our ideal candidate will have

• 2 years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
• Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals
• Demonstrated success in problemsolving and decisionmaking to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fastpaced environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
• Strong organization and multitasking skills agility and ability to be crosstrained to do more where needed
• High School Diploma/GED Required

Its not required but it would be even better if you have

• Bachelors Degree
• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experience
• Supply chain/logistics experience is a plus but not required
• Technical savvy (intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office internet webbased and jobspecific software applications.
