At Flex Power Modules we are at the forefront of developing advanced DC/DC converters specializing in highdemand applications. The design center is Kalmar is expanding rapidly and we need to add resources into our Product Management organization. Our mission is to deliver excellence in power solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global clients.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of AI Datacenter and Telecom products. This is a dynamic role where you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive product strategy enhance functionality and ensure optimal market fit.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps to align with business and customer needs;
- Collaborate closely with engineering marketing and sales teams to define product specifications and features;
- Utilize market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning;
- Drive product definition from conception to launch and beyond;
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and market changes;
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders ensuring communication and alignment across teams.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience);
- Proven experience in product management preferably in the AI Datacenter or Telecom sectors;
- Technical understanding of complex products preferably in DC/DC power applications;
- Businessdriven approach with a passion for technology and innovation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English Swedish is a plus.
