Join our team of Enterprise Account Partners with diverse backgrounds in technology life sciences and consulting services. You will support Veevas mission of helping our customers Europes top pharmaceutical companies bring their products to market faster.
In the role of an Enterprise Account Partner you will support our key pharma accounts and drive value by positioning Veevas Commercial Cloud including software data and business consulting. The goal is to strengthen our strategic partnership with our customers resulting in longterm success and mutual satisfaction.
To achieve this goal you will nurture existing and build new relationships within the accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for VP and Clevel executives. You will drive the process of renewing existing business as well as continuously bringing innovative solutions to the customers to help them meet their business objectives. To support you in doing so you will be working closely with an international team that consists of various product and service owners who are all aligned toward Customer Success.
What Youll Do
Protect and expand Veevas footprint through robust daily account management a strong focus on operational excellence and a passion for understanding and supporting your customers business and IT goals
Manage theClient Partnerships and the account for Commercials withthe goal of beinga trusted longterm partner
Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision strategy and ways of working
Serve as the ambassador for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
Actively nurture relationships with decisionmakers and key stakeholders across Commercial Medical IT and procurement and develop new ones as needed
Navigate complex sales cycles articulate contextual value propositions and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses
Manage account administration and actively provide input for accurate forecasting
Keep current with industry trends and expand knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offerings
Requirements
8 years combined experience across software sales/consulting
Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector
Proven track record of cultivating multilayered relationships across multiple functions including business IT and procurement
Organizational skills with the right amount of attention to detail
Strong work ethic with the required sense of urgency towards customers needs
Selfstarter/Selfmotivator with little need for direct supervision
Based in Germany or Switzerland
