Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
Monitor residents vital signs and assess their condition.
Conduct medication checks.
Accurately document resident information treatments and responses to care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Adhere to established policies procedures and protocols for nursing care.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
Valid New Jersey LPN license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in subacute care.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
CPR and BLS certifications.
Flu vaccination required.
