Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies for the Government direct industrial contractor applicator/fabricator segment and dealer channel to align with organizational objectives and business plan.
- Achieve individual sales targets for Admixture Floor Coating Waterproofing and Grouts by managing key accounts of infrastructure contractors.
- Conduct presentations to customers assist Business Development Manager in obtaining corporate/client approvals and secure product specification approvals from consultants.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities and take necessary actions to address them.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to the Field Sales and Sales Teams in expanding the contractor base and conducting training on Admixture Floor Coating Waterproofing and Grouts as required.
- Effectively resolve customer issues related to project progress and handle customer complaints.
