Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our clients team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the companys human resources strategies fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with the companys business objectives. This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of HR functions exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving organizational success through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement retention and satisfaction.
- Manpower Planning and Recruitment :
- Analyze current workforce capabilities and future needs to develop effective manpower plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements based on business goals and project timelines.
- Implement strategies to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity ensuring the right talent is in place to meet business demands.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support the companys growth.
- Work closely with The Search House the companys talent acquisition partner.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to monitor and improve employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance appraisals and setting development goals.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork innovation and continuous improvement.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities for all employees.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews and benchmarking to maintain attractive and equitable compensation packages.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies.
- Update and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees ensuring understanding and adherence.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience 5 years) as an HR Manager or in a similar role preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
