About the role...
Are you an experienced Auditor with a mixed portfolio or dedicated experience supporting large businesses looking for your next challenge Do you love finding solutions to clients problems and adding value to their business
Our Audit team in London & Reading are growing and were currently seeking a new Manager to join them on their journey.
About the team
Our Audit team across the South has experienced significant growth over the past year and we have even bigger aspirations for 2025!
While our South team have an established reputation among SMEs and ownermanaged businesses the team are now building on their remit and growing their Big Business clientele including large and complex businesses who are private equity backed to AIM listed business and others reporting under IFRS.
About the day to day
As an Audit Manager youll be working with our large and complex client base alongside our Directors and Partners getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities including;
- Focusing on planning executing and finalising all areas of audit assignments
- Reviewing assignments providing constructive feedback and support to the team
- Managing a portfolio of clients and communicating engagement progress problems financial information and other business concerns
- Participating in networking and building client relationships
- Supporting partners with business development activities and client tender processes
- Getting actively involved in the guidance and development of Juniors
The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further from Managers to Partners the team are always happy to support you.

In addition to those core values as a Big Business Audit Manager you should;
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified with previous experience working at a managerial level within an Audit Team
- Managing a portfolio of clients and be committed to providing exceptional client experience and building effective relationships
- Have experience working on and managing large and complex audit engagements for listed and private equity clients
- Be able to demonstrate experience managing a variety of audit assignments
- Have bags of personality youre good with people and oh youll be pretty good with numbers too
- Be ambitious and have the desire to push challenge and develop your career
