Trinity Glen in Winston Salem NC is looking to hire a Weekend Nurse (RN)!
Pay and Benefits:
- $5000 SIGNON BONUSpaid out in increments over the first year of employment)
- Base paystarts at $39 per hour (see additional pay details below).
- Fulltime weekend position
- Schedule:Every Saturday & Sunday 16hour shifts
- Daily Pay available. Access earned pay on a daily basis prior to normal pay day
- Benefits start after 30 days of employment including insurance and PTO
- FREEHealth Insurance Premium Option available!
Additional Pay:
- 2nd shift diff $3.00/hour
- 3rd shiftdiff of $2.00/hour
- Pay in lieu of benefits $3.00 extra per hour!
