Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilledBehavioral Health Therapistto provide assessment diagnosis and evidencebased treatment for individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders. This role involves developing tailored therapeutic interventions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patients mental and emotional wellbeing in diverse clinical settingslocated in Albuquerque Las Vegas Roswell Truth or Consequences Santa Clara and Los Lunas NM.

Qualifications:
- Education:Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or a related field.
- Licensure:Active state licensure (e.g. LCSW LPC LMFT).
- Experience:13 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in DSM5 diagnostic criteria.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of evidencebased practices (e.g. CBT DBT traumainformed care).
- Soft Skills:
- Empathy cultural competence and strong interpersonal communication.
- Analytical problemsolving and crisis management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnose disorders using DSM5 criteria.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse populations.
- Provide individual group and family therapy sessions using evidencebased techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical standards.
